Verified Purchase. The images in the text are really hard to see and it makes it almost impossible to figure out measurements for the really detailed problems.

Another things that I saw was that it seems that the text is recycled between software releases because of things that happened in only older editions are describe in this current book. Also I found most of the instructions confusing to follow especially the revolve cut section where the instruction let too much for the reader to guess to figure out the project geometry part of creating the revolve cut in chapter 2.

I did like the book and it gave me a good start in learning Inventor but having to search how to do things online that were being taught in the book poorly was a really let down for me and I am unsure if I want to purchase the advanced book for Inventor after reading this book. I have bought a few books from this publisher because of school and each book is the same garbage, You can take a look at reviews on all their other books on Amazon and you will see the same sad story each time.
